Any suggestion will be appreciated.
I filed I485 this June but I got married recently. Right now Priority Date
for Chinese EB2 retrogressed to 01/2003 while my priority date is early 2005
. My lawyer stated I have to wait until my PD becomes current. Is this true?
I also received a notice from USCIS a few days ago for additional documents
for my case. That implies USCIS is still processing my case although my PD
is not current. Are we having the jeopardy to have my I485 approved but my
