Now I am a postD in a famous Univ.
And just start preparation for I-140 (NIW & EB1A) with an attorney.
Just told by Boss, will transfer me to his company as H1b, still working on
same project.
I want submit I-140 for both before terminated at univ. As told by others:
it is easier getting approval submitting from academic than from industry.
So hope some kindly comments:
3 and half months enough for I-140 preparation?
Any points I should notice?
How I can push or shorten the whole process?
