我是01/2008 开始工作，OPT 和 EAD(1) 01/2009 到期。
于03/2008申请EB1-b (I485/I140 all filed),本周受到 EAD(2) (05/2009到期）和 AP.
因为 H1b 没有抽上， 想了解：
如果申请OPT extension and renewal EAD(1), will it be rejected because of my
EB1 application?
