Since you already had ceremony, then you should already have your marriage
certificate. Licence is to allow you to marry, certificate is to show that
you are legally married. You can get your marriage certificate changed if the
information on it is wrong, I did that (they messed up my birth place,
mother-in-law's maiden name). If he doesn't have birth certificate, then
bring the naturalization paper or driver license or state ID or passport (Any
valide ID which has his pic, DOB), that will do
