This is their attorney said: "Requiring a Masters would not be considered a
normal requirement for that type of position and from reading the string of
emails below . I don't think the company normally requires a Masters for
that position. Bottom line, EB 2 would not be recommended. Can file under
PERM but doesn't mean we can upgrade the classification to EB2."
It means that either: (1) we take a big risk by changing the job description
when it does not accurately reflects
