1998 - 2000, NIW case was denied because of the famous "New YorK
transportation case". In this board, maybe not much people knew this case.
Almost all NIW cases were denied because of that and many attorneys refused
taking NIW cases during that time.
2002, Started RIR LC EB2
8/2006, 费城 BEC 牢房出来
1/2007, 又进了FBI Name Checking 黑洞
已经为现资本家买了7 years 力了。
Last year, I also was forced to sign a contract with company:
I can not leave company during the first year after GC is approved。
