I was audited by CIS yesterday，one month after 485 approval.
A CIS guy came to my work place with a very short notice. He asked me
questions regarding PR filings, such
who paid the filing fee, what work I do, how much is the salary, blah blah.
He asked all info in the application
files to validate with me, and took a lot of pictures of my desks where I
work.
Not sure if he wants to check on the employer, or rather on the employee.
But that's for sure, if you leave the
job right after approval an

Not sure abt this.But i guess it doesnt matter to Eb1a based on questions he
asked.
Let me repeat all the questions he asked, as I remembered.
What is your job responsibilities here?
Is this your primary work responsibilities?
What is your highest degree?
Where did you get it?
What is your major?
When and where did you get it?
How much is your annual salary?
Who paid for your PR filing?
Is it deducted from your paystub?
Could you print out your most recent paystub for me?
May I take a look at y

Thanks for sharing information!
But I am not sure that there is such rule AFTER 485 has been approved though
I know there is 180 days limitation before 485 approved.
Any idea?

Laoda已经在这里解释很多遍了，主要是说EB1B是基于permanent job position，如果
拿到PR后很快换，有欺诈嫌疑。

很显然是因为太多postdog作假file eb1b引起移民局注意了
