My weak case for EB1B, for some experienced folks to help to evaluate:
PHD awarded at homeland，postdoc at two top 20 universities。I’m preparing
J1 transfer to H1B. Already got approved for J1 waiver. All of a sudden,
this idea came to my mind, how about I directly apply for GC now. What do I
lose, if any?
My points are:
1)Journal paper 14, citation 130. Conference paper only 2, few presentations
. Journal JCR are all above 2. Some are top journals in our field.
2)A few award at homeland but no

does your school sponsor your Eb1b????? if not, you have to go with Eb1a
which is much tougher...

i guess u can try eb1a. perhaps a little bit more reviews..

i would go personal sponsored way. educate me --- does Eb1b applicant need a
university sponsor?

damn it. I have rejected some review opportunities for not familiar with what
the manuscript did and can not find the invitation emails.
