但考古半天没有发现来源?
谁能解释一下: 这3000哪里来的? 为什么是NIU争取来的?

Last year, chinese FB is not that demanded. There are over 2000 quota of
chinese FB being wasted and donated to other countries. By the immigration
law, chinese FB should be used to chinese employment based applicants. This
year, there are about 3000 chinese FB quota because of the same reason of last
year. MR.O promise NIU to apply these 3000 to chinese EB.

有一个问题,不是一般认为亲属移民的排期会更早吗?怎么还会有名额剩下?
