不是没cash，是我们的银行显示出来是有延迟的
就像你刷了一笔信用卡消费，有时几天才posted一样

可是我当天寄的另一封信，给IRS的，就老早就兑了我的钱了。周五就显示出来了。

IRS is the fastest when coming to cashing your check, but will take some
time for refund, just like everything else.
