Is it only me feeling this way?
Many strong guys like Break were turned down.
Meanwhile, no encouraging news from lucky ones with so-so background.
All the approved cases are very strong.
Does this mean the winter is coming for EB1A and EB1B?
This is horrible.....

each person is an indivisual case and nobody can summarize just based on one
or two cases.
And nobody is willing to give such conclusion.
Let's wish what you said will never happen.

my case is a weak one, get approved in TSC in last week.
CLAIM CONTRIBUTION, LEADING ROLE, AUTHORSHIP. ONLY 2 PENDING PATENTS, 1
PROVISIONAL PATENT, 3 POOR PAPERS. TOTAL CITATION IS LESS THAN 10.
HOPE MY CASE WILL ENCOURAGE YOU GUYS

Thanks Kevin. I have only one patent (filed both as US patent and World
patent).
Do you know that the Invention Disclosures (file number already assigned by
patent agents) are useful?
