In Part 3 A
Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?
Pijiang's article said: [No] 你没有填过 I-485
[Yes] 你填过，并请注明交于何中心及批复
结果。
What about I-140? I have an approved NIW I-140. Does it consider as
previous application for permanent resident status in the U.S.?
Please help. Many thanks.

140 is only immigration petition.
So you should fill No here.
