for myself
(1) all previous I-20s
not submitted according to my attorney
(2) employment verification letter
already submitted last time
for LP
(1) colored copy of ID
(2) all previous I-20s
not submitted according to my attorney
I really think that my attorney learned a lot by doing the
case with me

我是附了的。这是你lawful status的证明材料啊。我140申请也附了的。

this is actually right. they need to prove their legal stay in States.
for F2, J2, H4, they also need to provide documens showing no gap in
maintaining status

坏了。我LP的I-20没有附上。
除了等RFE外，还有补救办法吗？她的ND还没收到。
