Did anyone have the same experience? Too bad:(
Attorney's letter below:
I am writing to let you know that CIS erroneously rejected the AOS
applications for you and your wife. The erroneous grounds for rejection are
that the priority date is not current and that the filing fee we included
was incorrect. Neither of these grounds is correct. Your priority date is
current and we did submit the correct filing fees. We will be refiling your
applications with the CIS and alerting them to the fact t

I am wondering whether it's CIS's mistake, or the attorney's excuse. I have
no way to figure it out.

安慰一下。
看到lockbox刚开始使用时确实有一些cases被退回的，但最近好像还没听说谁的被退回
的。你是啥时寄到的？寄到哪个lockbox了？别担心，再file就没事了。

This is not 485 denial. In fact, this is caused by "incorrect filling".
Just file it again. You will be fine.

自己弄在寄一次吧。。最好里面来个cover letter,写清楚一点。。

如果你140在TSC，还是直接送到 dallas 的 lockbox吧
理解你现在的心情，马上重新送吧，如果你原材料啥没有错，就直接再寄出，记得打
印附上和标记的VB和简短的cover letter 说明一下。这个我以前写的，希望对你有帮
助。
