Now file to NSC looks not too bad. I efiled to TSC on April 5, I also added
several cases submitted on that day in my account, looks no any news for all
of them (initial review) without PP. Several friends got news within 2
months in NSC without PP. Therefore, don't 心里怕丝丝了.

thanks a lot AprilWind! this sounds very promising! I've read so many
threads saying NSC is much harder than TSC and got scared..and we have some
frinds with very strong background got EB1B rejected from NSC..let's hope NSC is getting better ^-^
I am hoping our cases won't be reviewed by the killer like 375..

Thing is changing. Most of EB1 cases approval or not only depend on IO's
judgement. TSC also has several EB1 killers. Especially, looks NSC process
time is much shorter than TSC now. If have choice, I would like to file to
NSC now.
