Travel and re-entry document
LPR must present admission document upon entry to U.S. or s/he is
inadmissible. Must present special immigrant visa, green card, or re-entry
permit.
Re-try permit
a) May be issued to LPRs or CRs.
b) Apply in U.S. before departure. Departure before the decision does not
effect the validity of the document and it may be picked up at consulate or
overseas DHS offices. May be issued document duiring depo

Citi的这个target offer还真是五花八门啊，我已经见到过60K，50K和40K的了。。。

之前公开的还50K. 低于这个都没意思。本来TYP就不值钱。

我家也收到这个了。这个不是Thankyou Premier Card，是普通的Thankyou card，没有
年费的，所以我在想值不值得申一个留着。freedom的$300的bonus不是也很多人申么？
