请教一下我LD的情况需不需要pp？
我们准备concurrent，同时递485，因为需要绿卡维持身份。还需要pp么？如果不
concurrent，先140 + pp，如果批了再485呢？请问哪种方式比较好呢？
背景：
化学类的，case一般吧，8篇一作，5篇二作，还有几片第三第四的。引用高的有一两篇
二作(>200)，是早几年的工作，现在换了一个小方向，引用不高(~50)。有一篇二作的
cover，一个 patent。没有media report和award, review ~ 20.

就是多交1000美元，可以要求USCIS在14天的时间限制里给你批了。不用等。

The risk you need to take for concurrent filing is loss of $1000.0 if the I-
140 is declined. Nowadays, it is very hard for any EB1A candidates to be
certain due to many factors in the IO adjudication result.
Therefore, nobody else can make a sure call to your case.
Make objective assessment, determine how much risk you are willing to take
and how urgent you need to have the green card, then decide whether or not
you or your LD have the guts to file 140/485 concurrently.

多谢回答。着急啊，这边合同快到期，下家还没找好。如果file 485之前失去身份，可
能485就有问题了吧，虽然有人说employment letter对485不是必须的，但是总觉得不
稳当。
pp最多两周以后就收到结果，那时就马上可以file 485了嘛？从收到pp结果到485递出
去之前一般要多长时间呢？

收到140的approval notice就可以了。
