不是，我是说如果ｎｉｗ Ｉ１４０批准后，如果被雷了，怎么办。

as far as i know, NIW does not need employer sponsor, and thus it is indepen
dent with you H1-B, although it does not help your status in the US without
EAD cards.
You can go back to China during waiting for the green card. But if you green
card is approved, you need to apply for a visa and thus you need a job offe
r in the US at the time.
This is my understanding, and I believe my understanding is correct:)
