my i140 approved. but the approval notice said that
"He or she should contact the local USCIS office to obtain form I-485,
Application for permanent reisdence. A copy of this notice should be
submitted with the application with appropriate fee, to this service center."
我应该递交申请for 485到哪儿？是“local service center”,还是“USCIS PO Box
