FYI the timeline of relink:
NIW (I140 and I485) filed in 7/2007 to NSC.
I140 AD: 8/2008.
EB1B: filed in 6/2010 to TSC.
EB1B I140 AD: 7/8/2010
Relinked by email to NSC on 7/15/2010.
Infopass: 7/28/2010. Was told on 7/22/2010, my EB1B I140 was requested to
transfer to NSC. Would arrive NSC in the beginning of August. Then waiting
to assigned to IO, and in the end of August, I should be contacted by NSC.
Otherwise, to make another Infopass visit.
On 8/17/2010, received an email reply from NSC that
