Please submit certified translations for all foreign language documents. The
translator must certify that s/he is competent to translate and that the
translation is accurate.
The certification format should include the certifier's name, signature,
address, and date of certification. A suggested format is:
Certification by Translator
I [typed name], certify that I am fluent (conversant) in the English and ___
_____ languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate
translation of the document attached entitled ______________________________.

有TIN的话可以办，据说是可以累积信用的，当你拿到SSN以后可以要求银行（或三大信
用机构？）把你以前的记录加到你的SSN里。求权威解释

5年前稀里糊涂的办到macy 的卡。一直收到Am express办卡邀请，最近收到premier
rewards gold card 邀请，3个月花$1000给50K points。碰碰运气看能不能申到。一直
没有SSN 也没有TIN。

你的macy卡是amex的？

其实，就算啥都没有，银行乐意的话办信用卡毫无问题。
不清楚现在的情况，一年多以前学生在柜台办理citi forward是可以没有ssn的。
有了信用卡以后自然就会有信用记录，估计系统里是根据名字+出生日期存储的，
等有了ssn，给银行打个电话和信用卡关联上就可以了，
不用自己操心记录的事情，最多就是到时候查查别有错就是了。
