Hi I am plan a eb1b outstanding researcher petition, but I may leave the
current position next July, so I have the following questions.
1) What if leave after 140 is approved but before 485 is approved, will the
petition become invalid ?
or
2) after 485 is approved, how long will i have to stay with the current
sponsor to keep the green card valid ?
3) Is it true that filing140+485+pp together can speed up the whole process
? If I pp, but get RFE, the reply for the RFE will also be processed faster
than the REF of the cases without PP ?
