Dear XDJM:
I would like to hear any experienced persons' suggestion. I did an
onsite interview. The group leader told me that they were making decisions
after the national conference (early April).
Yesterday, I got a phone call from HR. The group would like to do a
follow up interview tomorrow.
I have never heard anyone doing a follow up interview in our industry.
Please give some suggestions. Based on my observations, the group manager or
hiring manager likes humbleness/modesty, kindness, professional attitude,
competency.
Please give your opinion.

刚刚收到USCIS的通知，说俺NIW的485被转到新的office处理了（holtevile office）
；但是俺ld一起递交的485，半点音讯都没有。
虽然正式排期还有一年多，还是禁不住来咨询一下过来人，探探路。

normally in a follow up interview you will meet the "big boss". Prepare some
behavior questions.

刚申请的，查了也没用。
就想知道，万一悲剧了，amex有没有像chase一样的后门电话。
