1.Part4, 2-3: 在中国的地址很重要吗？还是必须和以前的纪录一样。我实在记得不清
楚了。
2. Part6. 7: Is this a permanent posirion? 必须填yes吗？我是倒霉的J1.
3. Part 7. 我儿子是美国出生的，需要填他的信息吗？理论上不需要。

1. This address is very important, should be as exactly same as your every
year TAX form information. When you file 485, all need this address.
2. Say No if you do not file EB1b.
3. Either way is OK.
