今天下午就要接到公司VP电话discuss offer细节了，请问如果要求公司以后办绿卡的
话，是现在就说好呢，还是等工作一段时间以后再提？公司里面一个员工跟我说，公
司sponsor 绿卡，但是如果谈offer的时候就提的话，可能会导致对方以此压低工资。
。。。但是我现在不说的话，又担心没保障？
另外，我还得需要公司给办h1b，OPT-extension 5月份开始，我是要求他们现在就办呢
，还是等明年？

网上看fedex envelope 最多可以0.5 lb，可是自己的材料一起超过限额
大家用fedex有没有碰到类似的问题

I think it depends on how important the GC is to you. If it is more
important than salary, better to bring up now to make it clear.

max weight of 0.5lb is for envelope. there is no weight limit for box or
your own packaging.
now, think twice in your head. how do you assume Fedex can only handle
packages less than 0.5 lb?

Thank you. Look like that I have to use my own packaging if I want to use
Fedex.
