I am almost 5.5 months for EB-1B at NSC. I am feeling so frustrated because
of the time and my pushy boss.
Anyone know if we can do service request for EB-1B? I called to USCIS a
while ago, but they do not answer my questions because they said we are not
the petitioner. The research institute has to call, but who can make that
call for me since there are a long wait time?

找个口径一样的其它锅盖就可以了

Ask who may represents your institute to call.

Department chair or human resources might call USCIS for you in your case.
