我們家小朋友刚3岁，一直都是3天一次大大，儿醫建議我给他用Miralax.不知道有姐妹
给过这么大的孩子用过吗，会不会有什么副作用，并且我也担心他会对這個药产生依賴
性。很揪結到底给不给他用。請有经验的姐妹给讲一讲。謝了。

我女儿从1岁用到现在，大半年了。医生说不会养成依赖性。中间我觉得她便便比较规
律了，就停了两天，但是又变硬了。

我儿子大概三岁多的时候吃过一整瓶，他那时严重便秘，四，五天才大便一次。因为
太硬，每次痛得哭，我们试过很多办法，真正管用的只有miralax。他吃过一瓶后基
本每天都会大便，现在两年多了没有便密过。我的看法是小孩肠道发育不成熟的时候无
论用什么办法一定让他按时便出来，不然时间长了肠道变形就不好办了。

有，8个月开始，迄今我看娃儿出货比较干，就给他下点儿。

我家娃对这个轻微过敏，我们查过相关的东西，还进过一个
yahoo group都是讨论这个的，组里的人都反对用这个药，副作用肯定有，
现在记不清了，反正权衡利弊，我们不愿冒风险，坚决没给孩子用，你可
以试着买些fiber让孩子吃，看能不能改善大便

便秘还是要靠饮食调整。要多上纤维，尤其是水溶性纤维。

Actually, 从过敏的角度，fiber usage should be more careful, for example
metamucil.
我们用miralax, recommended by pediatricians. Both of our kids, some times
this is the last resort.
For my older one, we tried pretty much everything we can, nothing worked.
She was eating a pretty balanced meal ( fiber-wise ). So she was on Miralax
for like a year, until she eventually outgrow that around 2.5years old.
We are still waiting for our 2nd one to outgrow that too.
