Just received a letter from the NIH program office:
We are still in an information gathering and then decision making phase.
The earliest I expect a decision is mid-March. Budget uncertainties are
definitely slowing down the process.
The question is:
March 1 is the starting day for the grant if funded.

可好像也没啥效果啊
不太好意思麻烦老板向编辑推荐
看来恐怕还得求老板啊

我连没被讨论的都带这个.
这些里面唯一重要的就是Snap Indicator Code,这个变了才算数.
