CSC, 3.14寄过去，至今还是INITIAL REVIEW,看到OPT更新那个帖子里面很少有CSC的
打电话过去要求加急，过了不到一个小时，收到EMAIL，说 We are unable to
determine whether your request meets the expedite guidelines established by
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services due to lack of information in your
request. You may fax your job offer letter to the attention of Officer。
请问这个JOB OFFER LETTER指公司发给我的信，说要雇我吗？还是需要公司专门写分封
信给USCIS，注明什么时候开始之类的吗？多谢了
