IO会自己找吗？

从前人（比如老大）的帖子看已经提交的证据是可以在提交的，不能保证IO看到了。
我顺便问一个，140 submit 后的新证据IO还会承认吗？

原则上不会，但是大家都附上，没坏处。

I read some people's New evidence, citations/reviews/reports, was discarded
because they were published AFTER 140 was filed.
But I think new recommendation letters are good.

It depends. Citations are ok. publications may be not

provide all IO asked.
It depends on IO's questions whether 提交最新的 and those published after
priority date. For example, if IO asks about your qualification, usually he
only accepts evidence happened before PD. Or if IO asks continuing work in
this field, you definitely need to provide current info.
