Just got an email from Lawyer that my EB-1B 140 approved without RFE. It is a long process since I submitted the application in June last year. Now I am waiting for 485 to be approved.
My lawyer is really good and helpful in the whole process. His name and his
email is
W. David Zitzkat, Attorney at Law
D***[email protected]
So for people like me without pp, just be patient. it could take long now.
