听说很多老师在校外开公司，国内兼职，或者做consultant。大家都要填conflict of
interest form. 都需要disclose这些 service，或者employment，填校外的收入吧
？那学校的review process 是什么样的？需要注意什么吗？请大牛们指点。

NIW，PD是07年5月，昨天心血来潮查了一下485的status, 结果吓了一跳。说 “Card/
Document Production On August 26, 2009 we mailed the document to the address
we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days.” 都是
前年的事了，可我什么都没有收到。
打电话给USCIS的客服，他们叫我file SR。09年的时候我们搬过家。现在怎样才能知道：
1）USCIS到底有没有寄东西给我？
2）寄到哪里了？
3）如果真没收到，怎么再让他们重新寄一次？
以前好像记得给USCIS打电话的时候有要领，要按一些选项键的组合。谁能告诉我一下？

I filed to dalas lockbox , waiting for 20 days then got email notice .

Congratulations.
But in my case, this is 1.5 years old, and neither did I receive any email
notification. Maybe it's a system mistake (?), is there a way to be sure?

you have to wait for them to check or contact a lawyer.
I wouldn't be so optimistic, seems that your pd is never current after 7,200
7 so it must be a mistake even if it was indeed once approved. they can revo
ke it if they check and find it.
