帮隔壁组招人，他们找猎头挑了半天，面来面去都是老印。受不了了。
要求：
C# proficient Level，要考试的啊。
有一定 multi-threading 的知识。
有 Excel COM Addin 开发经验
Optional:
C++, Unix script 编程经验，可以考虑部分 Server 端开发的机会。
有相关金融知识更好。
薪水：
Base: 8-10w 随通胀调整。
Bonus: 30%+ 一般来说会随工作年限增加。
有意者站内送简历。没有工作经验的就对不起了。如果很满意可以考虑 sponsor H-1B。

EB-1b 申请（加急PP）遇到RFE，USCIS需要公司（Petitioner）的以下材料：
1. Petitioner's 2009 tax returns and 2009 W-2's for each employee.
2. Additional evidence to establish when each employee began working for the
petitioner and whether they are full-time or part-time employees.
3. A company flowchart identifying each employee by name, occupation, data
of hire, and salary.
4. A brief description of each employee's duties and daily responsibilities.
由于是一个20人的小公司，没有过帮助员工申请绿卡的经验，更没有回复RFE的经验。
请问大家有没有遇到类似的RFE？可不可以提供一个回答此类RFE的模板。可以将您的经

your REF is easy, just let your company answer the question one by one.

我也收过类似的RFE。你这个RFE太容易回复了。我的case是律师做的，我没有模板可
以给你。不过只要他要什么你给什么就可以了。其实用不着每个employee的W2，只
要提供3个full time researcher的W2就可以了。
