I'am not sure. According to what reported here, the lockbox can be
as fast as giving notice in a week or as slow as over a month. It
looks like only a few here sent to the I140 address but the reported
notice time was not long till now.

It should be dellas, LOCKBOX. 可能会 慢点。 但是 对的。 140 批了的， 就应该是 LOCKBOX 了。 在读读 INSTRUCTION 比较好。 不过我读了 INSTRUCTION 反而糊涂了， 还以为律师寄错地址了。 律师 还是对的。
