今天到experian系统里看了下报告出现下面的列表: 请问是什么意思?
问题是我根本就没申请过一些信用卡,比如cap one, 怎么我的记录里保留这么多?
Requests Viewed Only By You
According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, credit grantors listed in this
section had a permissible purpose to request your information. When a
request for your information is made, it will display on your credit report
for two years.
We report these requests only to you as a record of those who requested
your information, and we do not include any of these requests on credit
reports to others.

现在公司在给办绿卡，但是HR和law firm的人莫名其妙说本公司的经验不能算，必须之
前有2年的工作经验才可以EB2。我
之前都已经有2个master学位了。他们又说或者就必须在本公司promote到一个新的职位
，工作内容必须有50％跟之前不
一样。这样才可以用本公司的经验算。
就这个破问题已经被他们浪费半年多了。我心里感觉是他们在扯淡。大家有谁知道这个
说法吗？要是他们继续这个样子，就
毫不犹豫跳了。

既然不是你的卡，那就去dispute

it's true that only if there are >50% material difference between the
previous position and current, you can use experience on the previous
position.
in my case, i worked with attorney to provide a matrix to show there are >50
% difference. I got audit for it but finally passed.

they want to say Hi to you, and know what you've been doing //hoho
no worries
as it states, "we do not include any of these requests on credit reports to

那像那些刚毕业就进一个公司的，怎么办绿卡呢？比如说做码工，可能好多年都是一样
的职位一样的工作内容。

“Requests Viewed Only By You”的不算在hard pull数里哒。你想，简单来讲，如果
只有你看得到，那申卡的时候信用卡公司当然就看不到啦。

for EB2 perm, the requirement would be enought if it asks for B.S + 5yr or M
.S.
you may want to ask them modify the job requirement.
