For Eb-1B, it is important to provide the evidence for three year working
experience upon received your advanced degree.
Also, the annual report or other financial document of your employer is
required.
You also need to prove that your employer has more than three researcher.
You will also need an offer letter that addressed to you as well as
employment verification letter.
You want to go through I-140 instruction carefully.

As long as the employer (university or company) provides an offer of
permanent research position to beneficiary, it is sufficient. So "permanent
researcher/professor employment verification letter" by itself provides
complete evidence.
i-140 instruction states "an offer of employment in the form of a letter
indicating that you intend to employ the beneficiary in a permanent research
(tenured or tenure-track) position in the academic field" It emphasizes: 1)
offer of employment in a letter, which is obviously not required to be
OFFER letter; 2) intention to hire beneficiary permanently; and 3) intention
to hire beneficiary as researcher/professor in the academic field.

原理上是这样, 但单独另写一封更正式. employment letter和3年的证明信提供的是不
同目的的证明.
statement of corporate finance, 如果是公司申请.
