USCIS网上说：
Use ACCO fasteners to hold together thick or bulky applications or petitions.
Two-hole punching the top of the material for easy placement in the file is
appreciated.
这个打洞是必须的，还是说有没有都无所谓？如果我的申请材料不是特别厚的话，也需
要打洞，用ACCO fastener么？
Avoid using heavy-duty staples; instead use ACCO fasteners or heavy clips.
这个我理解是不要用heavy-duty staple去把一打材料都订起来，但是单个的表，譬如
说I-864有8张纸，I-485有6张纸，这个可以分别用小订书钉订起来么？
