明年4月未婚夫获得绿卡5年，我的绿卡还是排期中（遥遥无期。。。）。

you mean 5% + 5%? it depends, online 5% no problem, shopdisc may not

No difference. Current China-mainland born PD for 1 category is 1/1/2005,
for 2A category is 1/1/2007.
