快四个月了，因为暑假有travel plan, 问律师PP的意见，告知有RFE的可能，建议考虑
file AP
and 485,这样做的风险就是如果140没批，AP, 485,和律师费就打水漂了。大家说是PP
好还是从了律
师的建议？
还有就是receipt number在律师手上和自己知道有什么区别吗？要求学校给receipt
number，至
今没有回复，我想要是没什么区别，就算了，不然再要求一次。

again? If RFE is requested for 140 even without PP, will it affect AP and
485?

if you file 140 and 485 concurrently, and 140 is denied, then your 485 will
also be denied, which means you have to file a new 140. However, if you only
get a RFE for your 140, your AP is still valid.

I just felt that there might be little chance that my 140 case (EB1B) will
be rejected, although nothing is certain. RFE is possible. So do you think
that the lawyer's suggestion is good?

If you are very confident about your case and good job security, then file
485 to get your AP.
