在毕业后和opt开时之间这段时间。暑假毕业，冬天回国的F1 visa明年1月才到期，不
知道这个visa不是毕业后就不能用了要重新在申请么

grace period不能工作，回国的话必须要在opt pending期间回来才行（并且visa不能
过期），一旦你重新入境的时候opt批下来了，你就需要offer letter才能进来了

But seriously, have you asked Liu Law to give your case an evaluation? He is
famous for accepting only the best of the best cases.
Of course, things might have changed recently...

这个opt pending的定义是什么
是opt开始的时间么，还是opt被批准的时间

grace period不能工作，回国的话必须要在opt pending期间回来才行（并且visa不能

从你递交opt申请给uscis，到他们make a decision之间的这段时间

那如果make decision后还没有officially graduate呢？这时候也还需要offer letter？
