My 140 was efiled+pp and is still pending.
If my 140 is approved, where is the right address I should send my 485 to ? The state where I live belongs to NSC.
Should I send 485 to TX Dallas Lockbox or NSC directly ?
My understanding of the current rule is that we should send 485 to Dallas
Lockbox if 485 is not concurrently filed with 140.
Anyone has a concrete answer ? Thanks !
