新申请的一张opt延期工卡
等了快三个月
今天收到卡
可是傻眼了，
日期的开始期和过期日期为什么和旧卡（opt）的日期是一样的呢??
备注：中间我改过收信地址，不知道和这个有关系没？还是其他原因？
现在该怎么办？
希望路过的同学们帮帮忙，小弟再此谢过了。

When we had the medical exam, the civil surgeon said we can go to our family
doctor to have the varicella shot. So he put a note "will do it at the
family doctor' on the report and asked us to mail the shot record after we
have it and the sealed reports together to our lawyer. We thought it was
fine.
Now my lawyer said it was wrong. He asked us to return to the civil surgeon
and and issue a properly completed I-693 that confirms all vaccinations
completed.
I am wondering if anyone knows whether the civil surgeon or the lawyer is
right? I just do not want to go back to the civil surgeon. It was a long
drive. I also want to mail out my I-485 package as soon as possible.

opt延期的时候，你的国际学生办公室给你发新的I20了没

你律师说的对,
移民局要的是一个完整的I693表,而不是部分I693+补充信息.移民官哪里看得懂那么多
medical report?
你这个医生太不负责任且不懂装懂了,他收了钱的唯一职责就是添一份完整的I693.

发了。17个月的那张i20附在申请材料里寄给USCIS了。

那就错了呗，应该跟你新I20的日期一致

那打电话到USCIS
纠正日期错误，叫他们发一张新卡?
是这样吗？
