2/14/2011 efile to TSC, 2/23/2011 pp. 今天收到RFE.
在逐条点评的时候说authorship和review通过了,为什莫在Final Merits
Determination的时候又说
"The criteria the scholarly journals applied in selecting peer reviewers for
their publications were not provided. Moreover, no proof has been submitted
to show that the beneficiary has performed a significantly high number of
journal peer reviews relative to others in her speciality."
在准备回复RFE的时候,还需要再针对这点回复吗? 其实在submit材料的时候,我已经出
示了4封 editor-in-chief的证明信(每封一页纸),说明这些journal都是本领域的top
journal, 对reviewer的要求高.这样应该够了吧? 另外,见过和faculty比publication
number的,没见过跟人家比review number的. 大家都怎默证明自己的review比别人多阿
?我review了35 times for 29 papers.

review怎么跟人比。。。。数量多杂志多就行了

在准备回复RFE的时候,还需要再针对这点回复吗? 其实在submit材料的时候,我已经出
示了4封 editor-in-chief的证明信(每封一页纸),说明这些journal都是本领域的top
journal, 对reviewer的要求高.这样应该够了吧? 另外,见过和faculty比publication
number的,没见过跟人家比review number的. 大家都怎默证明自己的review比别人多阿
?我review了35 times for 29 papers.

IO # is XM1251, TSC
我不会这摩倒霉真的碰上变态吧？呜呜。不过说实话，我觉得我的case的确不弱，25+
paper, 8封推荐信，5个独立，3个国外。有没有谁也遇到过这个IO阿，我好像在list里
没见过这个号。
