背景：大公司research lab，eb1b，eecs
paper：14 conference，1journal
citation <12
patent: 1 granted, 4 pending
review应该能过，journal，conference TPC都有一些。
没有award。
主要问题是citation太少，看了板上的总结，各种fancy的citiation表格啥的都不适合
我。不知道大家这种情况都是怎么应对的。

强调citation的质量，比如要引文作者写推荐信1-2封，阐述你的发现对其影响，你的
文章被大牛引用，引文发表在业内高水平期刊，等。
查阅一下CRITICAL ROLE，这条可能有帮助。

. Proofs you were or are a key research scientist in research projects in
an institution/ you are playing a leading or critical role for organization
that has have a distinguished reputation
• Introduction of the organizations that you are a critical member
to prove they have
distinguished reputations.
• Any documents if any about the research achievements hosted by
the organization in the
past.
• Any documents that applicant has played a leading or critical
rather than just a supporting
Role.
• Copies of grant proposals which have your names in it as a key
researcher
• A copy of your research project funding documents, if any, which
present the financial
sponsor of the research projects, you were a key research scientist of
the projects.
• Testimonial letters testifying that you played a critical role in
important research projects, your detailed job duties and contributions to
the projects.
