快崩溃了。。。等了十几天，发现我的package被退回来了。。。
我不是efile的，因为check是雇主开的，efile要信用卡。
我查看了这个网页，eb1b的researcher难道不是寄到Dallas lockbox么？

pp的话不要寄lockbox，用pp的地址在这里的第3页上
http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-907instr.pdf
如果没有用efile，就要你看是nsc还是tsc了

using PP address not lockbox
and yes, all EB1 goes to tsc no matter where you live

只是到底是eb1b就全寄给TSC吗，上面两位大侠的答复似乎不同，哪位大侠能verify一
下？一样会有包子奉上的！

另外问个问题，现在上pp, 假如周五government shutdown, 是不是pp就白交了？

you worry too much, don't think that will happen and you should read 140
instruction, that change all the time, different version has different
instructions, always follow the current one, last time i check it go to tsc,
not sure now
