On March 15, 2011, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on
this case I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER as undeliverable. This
may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283
to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.

talk to you local usps office, make sure they know your address is
deliverable. and then call uscis let them resend the letter.
or you can give them the fax number (or efax number)

Thanks, Just got confirmation from my lawyer that they received it yesterday
. Must be some system error in USCIS system.
