不一定是chase 卡本身问题。
chase是看你所有信用卡的风险。
比如，你AE刷太多，收入又不高。
chase电脑计算得出结论，你是高风险一族，就指挥人工关你所有账户。不和你来往。
chae 关你，一般你的金融活动多少会有异常。你想想吧，是不是最近买东西多了。

今天刚刚收到律师转发的REF notice from NSC, 向大家请教应该如何应对.
在REF信中说" The beneficiary has met at least three criteria. However, the
totality of the evidence must establish that the beneficiary is recognized
internationally as outstanding in the academic field specified in the
petition. Please provide further evidence that the beneficiary's articles
have been widely cited providing evidence that he is recognized
internationally as outstanding in the academic field".
是不是说USCIS 认为我文章被引用的证据不足呢?
我的背景:
08 US PhD (学校较烂), EECS 专业. 现在一个大公司的R&D
5 journal, ~20 conference. Citation: ~50 (独立引用)
8 recommendation letter (7 independent), 1 swiss, 1 France, 6 US, 基本是IEEE
Fellow 和相似level的. 没有major award 和 membership
我申请的过程比较曲折. 我09年11月就把材料给律师了,结果律师拖到10年5月份才
submit.结果等到10年9月份,发现USCIS根本没受到材料(没有receipt, 我当时傻傻的以
为等着就可以了). 所以10年10月份又重新提交了一次. 因为我一直没看到PL,所以也不
知道律师究竟claim了哪几点.
根据REF, "Review", "contribution" 和 "authorship" 显示"this criterion has
been met". "Award" 显示"this award is not considered as major". "membership"
和 "Published material written by others" 显示 "no evidence has been
provided for this criterion".
从REF来看, 如果显示 "no evidence has been provided",是不是意味着律师根本没把
我的citation的材料提交呢? (这个可能性不是没有, 公司的律师没办法)
在10年10月第二次提交时, 我的citation还是09年11月时的状态, 只有10次左右. 现在
50次的引用中, 除美国外, 还包括欧洲一些国家, 加拿大, 澳大利亚,中国等地作者地
引用, 能否凭借这一点来establish evidence for "international recognized"?
另外, 更多的recommendation letter 还会有用吗? 主要是我们这个领域的大牛已经基
本上都给写过了.

seems like you have to provide more information about your citations such as
cited by ppl around the world etc.
