在instructions里面，看到"Petitioners filing 485,based on a previously filed
form I140 for a skilled worker"should file their stand-alone form 485 at NSC
or TSC, depending on the location of the beneficiary's permanent employment
. Use the same form 140 addresses for those petitions filed with form 485.
不知道新墨西哥州要file 到nsc还是tsc?
140 e-file 到tsc了。
