如果他/她邀请你审过稿，一般都不会拒绝吧？就说你们的杂志很牛B，能给你们
审稿表明我也很牛B。 Such a letter is very useful and will be
highly valued by USCIS. I've got a draft ready and it is
attached. Of course it will be great if you may draft one
by yourself.
I appreciate it if you may provide such a letter and I look
forward to hearing from you.

not all editors can help even though you did reviews for them.
