新手，欢迎拍砖。
想找个务实的律师申请eb1b。除了Zhang and Liu，看版上还有人提到Harry Wang，不知道咋样。

I have to let you know I am pursuing opportunities outside of xxx. I
appreciate the opportunities I have been given at xxx position. I had a
great time working with xxx team. My last day will be xxx. I will do my best
to transfer my responsibilities of xxx to xxx. I hope xxx all the best.

张觉得EB1b很有希望，刘相对保守点，要求和NIW一起申请。
这两个就已经很犹豫不决了。。。。

if i were you, i would go for EB1B only for sure.

Can you negotiate with Liu and insist EB-1B only? He asked for NIW because
he will be able to charge you the other half when your NIW is approved,
regardless approval/denial of your EB-1B petition.
I would recommend Liu based on my personal experience.

I know quite a few people on this board who strongly recommend Harry Wang.
I only contacted Wang, Liu, and one other lawyer not listed on this board
for my EB-1A case. I chose Liu because he replied very timely and he
answered in details the questions posted in my email.

不知道咋样。

why not choose zhang directly? My weak 1A case got approved with his help.
Timely response is a must for the lawyer, not a plus. and he definitely meet
this basic requirement. That's based on my experience. Good luck whoever
you choose.

每次给Harry Wang打电话，他都马上接，只有一次，是几分钟之后打回来的，因为他当
时不在办公室里。
每次给Harry Wang写邮件：如果发给他的时间是AM，他都当天回；如果发给他邮件的时
间是晚上／半夜，第二天一早我起床后都收到了他的回邮。如果他认为很紧急，他会主
动给你打电话联系。
如果我没有马上回他的邮件，他会发信来催我。
Liu 律师确实回信有他自己的节奏，每次都是第二天回。不过他不亲自办case，都是由
他事务所的某位律师具体处理case，他参予。至于他事务所的律师是不是都是他那样
replied very timely，我不清楚。我个人的experience是：律师kellie pai不是都
replied timely，她回信有时候第二天，有时候2, 3天后。
还有，Liu律师也基本每次都接电话，只有1次没接，也没有打回来。Kellie pai是从来
没有接过我打的电话（甚至我有一天换不同时间打了很多次，还留言了）。
